Job Summary

E Care Infoway LLP is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive who can understand audiences, develop engaging social media content, and contribute to brand growth through strategic content planning.

The ideal candidate should be able to move beyond generic social media posting and understand the complete journey of Audience → Problem → Content Idea → Hook → Engagement → CTA → Business Result.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Research target audiences, competitors, industry trends, and content opportunities.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging Reels, Carousels, Static Posts, Stories, and other short-form content.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Develop creative content ideas that increase reach, engagement,



brand awareness, and enquiries.
- Create short-form video content, including concept development, scripting, shooting/selection, editing, text overlays, music/audio, and CTAs.
- Identify audience pain points and convert them into relevant and engaging content ideas.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate the brand's social media presence.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual communication across platforms.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms, and emerging content practices.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to execute content campaigns.
- Balance educational, promotional, entertaining, engagement-driven, and trust-building content based on business objectives.
