Roles and Responsibility

Job Title:

Order Writer

General Purpose:

The Order Writer is the focal point for external orders required to optimize the Network. This position requires the ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to details, while still working with others on the team. A strong understanding of LEC and various other IXC order processing systems / requirements are required along with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities include External Ordering with LECs and various other Carriers, Following up on orders to completion. Working with internal teams to make sure orders are sent with the information provided, and updates are provided in a timely manner.
