Ltd., the creators of Faveo Helpdesk and Faveo ServiceDesk, is looking for experienced Business Development professionals to help expand our presence across global markets.As a Global Business Development Manager, you will build relationships with organizations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Latin America. Your primary responsibility is to understand customer challenges, guide organizations through their software evaluation journey, and help them identify the most suitable solution for their business.We believe business development begins with listening, understanding, and building trust. Our customers are looking for a long-term technology partner, and your role is to create meaningful relationships that deliver value to both the customer and the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective customers across international markets.
- Understand customer business objectives, operational challenges, and technology requirements through discovery conversations.




- Conduct consultative product demonstrations focused on business outcomes and customer success.
- Guide organizations through their evaluation journey by providing timely information, recommendations, and best practices.
- Prepare proposals, commercial documentation, and solution recommendations.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the customer decision-making process.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Implementation teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Identify current business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, digital outreach, and partner relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer interactions, meeting notes, and opportunity updates in the CRM.
- Build long-term partnerships that continue beyond implementation.
