About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and experienced in managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Generate and convert leads through calls, networking, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Monitor team performance, sales numbers, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements




- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a team-lead/managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
- Good understanding of lead generation and sales conversion.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
