- Channel Management: Build and manage Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), builders, connectors, and referral networks.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and guide Relationship Managers and sales teams.
- End-to-End Processing: Oversee file logins, initial credit checks, coordination with technical/legal teams, and timely disbursements.
- Portfolio Health: Maintain asset quality, control delinquencies, and assist with collections or Non-Performing Asset (NPA) resolution if needed.
- Market Expansion: Identify recent micro-markets and local business opportunities
