Description

Seeking a highly technical resource with strong experience leading or supporting passwordless authentication rollouts in a healthcare or clinical setting. Candidate must have deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft technologies, enterprise identity, endpoint management, and secure access design, with the ability to work effectively in patient-care settings where uptime, security, and workflow efficiency are critical.

Experience
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint engineering, or security engineering
- Proven experience implementing or supporting passwordless authentication solutions
- Strong background in healthcare, hospital, ambulatory, or clinical environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Strong expertise in:
- Windows Hello for Business
- Microsoft Authenticator
- FIDO2 security keys
- Temporary Access Pass
- Conditional Access
- MFA
- SSO




- Experience with Microsoft Intune / ADFS / AD
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Experience managing hybrid identity environments
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience supporting shared workstations, roaming users, and clinical endpoint workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot authentication, registration, policy, and device compliance issues
- Experience working with security, infrastructure, and application teams in complex enterprise settings
