Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Program Manager CEO Office to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on key business priorities, strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. The role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, analytical thinking and the ability to coordinate with multiple functions and stakeholders to ensure priorities are executed effectively and within timelines.

CEO Priorities & Strategic Initiatives
- Track and coordinate key priorities, initiatives and action plans assigned by the CEO.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines and measurable deliverables.
- Monitor progress and highlight delays,



risks and dependencies to the CEO.

Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with department heads across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Service and Plant.
- Ensure alignment between teams and facilitate timely execution of key initiatives.
- Act as a central point of coordination between the CEO's office and functional teams.

Reviews, MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations and management updates.
- Consolidate data from different functions and provide meaningful insights.
- Support weekly/monthly business reviews and prepare agendas, presentations and action trackers.

Follow-ups & Action Closure
- Track action items arising from management meetings and reviews.
- Follow up with respective stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain action trackers and provide regular status updates to the CEO and leadership team.
