Role Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Principal Software Engineer (Full Stack Agentic AI) with 7+ years of pure, hands-on engineering experience, including 5+ years building core technology in product companies. In this role, you will architect, build, and scale our enterprise Agentic AI platform, driving technical ownership across Python, Cloud, Data, and Agentic AI architectures.

Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain high-quality production code across Python, Cloud, Data, and AI frameworks.
- Own the software lifecycle, from requirement analysis through maintenance.
- Perform code reviews, mentor engineering staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support UX design.

Qualifications:




- 7+ years of pure hands-on software development experience with proven expertise in building scalable production systems.
- 5+ years of experience working in product-focused technology environments.
- Expert management of Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), proficiency in Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), skilled in GitOps (e.g., Flux2, ArgoCD), and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL/NoSQL, proven experience in Data Pipelines (e.g., CDC, Kafka), OLAP query optimization, and familiarity with Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Architect Knowledge Graph schemas and property graph systems. Optimize query performance to minimize agent latency.
- Manage entity resolution, lineage tracking, and context assembly.
- Expertise in LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent agentic frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, async processing, and reliability.
