Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement for Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware (CCG), Uniforms, and Kitchen Smallwares. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, optimize inventory, control operational costs, and align product sourcing with the property's design standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management & Sourcing
- Source, evaluate, and partner with top-tier tableware manufacturers and commercial textile suppliers.
- Negotiate bulk pricing, credit terms, SLA agreements, and replacement warranties for wear and tear.
- Inventory Control & Audit
- Monitor and maintain optimal par levels for dining room supplies and staff wardrobes across all departments.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to track breakage rates, fabric wear, and loss trends.




- Design & Brand Alignment
- Collaborate with F&B;, Culinary, and Culinary leaders to select products that match property aesthetics.
- Ensure uniform fabrics and styles comply with company grooming and brand standards.
- Budget & Cost Optimization
- Manage the operational budget to maximize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Implement inventory protection strategies to minimize fabric staining, utensil loss, and china chipping.
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Oversee end-to-end logistics to ensure on-time delivery for seasonal menu updates, banquet events, and new venue launches.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 7-12 years in hospitality procurement, specializing in CCG, uniforms, and kitchen smallwares.
- Material Expertise: Solid technical knowledge of tableware (bone china, porcelain, crystal, cutlery finishes) and commercial textiles (GSM, fabric blends, weave durability, colorfastness
