Year of Experience Required :
- 5 - 8 years of Manufacturing or Service Operations
- Shop floor or operations experience would be an advantage

Job Role :
- Consultant would be independently working on consulting assignments that revolves around operations improvement, profitability improvement, process re-engineering, digital transformation
- Consultant would independently work on consulting engagements with the support of able senior consultants to start with.
- However, he/she would deliver independently after initial settle down period.
- Consultants would be encouraged to work on business development (to identify and bring current clients on board).
- However, this is not an expectation in initial 2 years of association.

Location : - Bangalore-But candidate will work from client location. 100% on site, no remote work possible when on client assignment. If work demands travel outside Bangalore, candidate should be flexible. All travel and stay expenses outside Bangalore would be borne by the company
