We are looking for an aggressive International Business Development /

Export Sales professional with 812 years of experience in Nutraceutical Ingredients / APIs / Pharmaceutical Ingredients.

The role will focus on recent customer acquisition, international business development and revenue growth across LATAM, MENA and other global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt and acquire recent international customers, importers, distributors, formulators and nutraceutical manufacturers.
- Develop business across LATAM, MENA, US, EU, Japan and emerging markets.
- Generate new business for Iron Ingredients, Multivitamins, Vitamins, Minerals and Nutraceutical Ingredients.
- Drive concept selling / value selling instead of price-based selling.
- Build relationships with international decision-makers and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Independently handle commercial negotiations, proposals, quotations and business closures.
- Develop and maintain a strong international sales pipeline.




- Conduct regular customer meetings and extensive domestic/international business travel.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, QA and Supply Chain teams for customer requirements and onboarding.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors/Master’s in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years in International Business Development / Export Sales.
- Strong experience in Nutraceutical Ingredients / APIs / Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
- Mandatory exposure to LATAM and MENA markets.
- Existing network among importers, distributors, formulators and nutraceutical manufacturers preferred.
- Experience selling Iron, Vitamins, Multivitamins, Minerals or allied Nutraceutical Ingredients.
- Strong new customer hunting, concept selling, negotiation and deal closure experience.
- Should be willing to travel extensively, including 20+ days/month.
