Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage construction activities on high rise building projects, including civil engineering aspects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site monitoring to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure effective communication among team members to maintain a smooth project workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (high rise buildings preferred).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects with multiple stakeholders involved.
- Solid understanding of real estate construction processes, including building codes and regulations.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
