Job Description: Techno-Functional Analyst – Manufacturing Operations

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Digital Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge across manufacturing processes, machine reliability, downtime management, energetic disruption handling, and production performance optimization. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, operations teams, IT teams, and solution providers to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.





The candidate should have participated in at least 1–2 end-to-end manufacturing transformation or digitalization projects and demonstrate expertise in business analysis, process documentation, stakeholder management, testing, and solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Process Analysis
- Analyze and document manufacturing business processes across production operations.
- Assess and improve key operational areas including:
- Downtime Management
- Machine Reliability & Asset Performance
