Role & responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end AI/ML-based solutions for real-world business problems.
- Analyze problem statements and map them to suitable Machine Learning / Deep Learning approaches.
- Perform statistical analysis and derive actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Design and execute A/B testing experiments for model validation and business optimization.
- Build, train, fine-tune, and deploy ML/DL models.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and throughput, including:
- Hardware optimization
- Model pruning
- Inference optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines and APIs.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with model deployment and MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Knowledge of performance tuning for AI workloads.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
