*Guide operators and production workers to achieve daily production targets.

* Prevent production delays and ensure schedules are met.

* Ensure material availability and coordinate manufacturing activities.

* Conduct in-process inspections as per the Quality Assurance Plan.

* Maintain process control charts and ensure compliance with quality standards.

* Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and machinery.

* Coordinate the qualification of welders and welding procedures.

* Ensure adherence to welding standards and work instructions.

* Provide machine operators with the required drawings and work instructions.

* Maintain and update process documentation.

* Establish, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the defined scope.

* Ensure IMS policies are documented, communicated,



and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

* Identify and address internal and external factors affecting production efficiency.

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

* Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Preferred candidate profile

*Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

* Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related fields will be an added advantage.

*Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality standards.
