The Opportunity

Are you curious about health, wellness and how people can build better everyday habits?

As a Health & Wellness Intern, you will support the Health & Wellness team with research, content, coordination, documentation and other activities related to wellness programmes and services.

What You’ll Work On
- Assist experts with research and preparation of wellness-related resources.




- Conduct research on general health and wellness topics using credible sources.
- Assist with client coordination and scheduling.
- Maintain wellness-related databases and trackers.
- Support documentation and administrative activities.

What We’re Looking For
- Interest in health, wellness, psychology, fitness, nutrition, yoga or related fields.
- Ability to distinguish reliable information from unsupported wellness claims.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.

Preferred qualification: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Psychology, Yoga, Fitness, Health Sciences, Wellness or a related field, depending on the area of internship.
