Job Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Cutting, cleaning and preparation of vegetables and other ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Assist in dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Previous hotel/resort kitchen experience preferred
- Hardworking, punctual and team-oriented
- Basic knowledge of kitchen work
