About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to manage customer relationships throughout the post-sales and transaction lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, scheduling and managing client meetings, handling payment-related follow-ups, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth and qualified customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CRM/customer relationship management within the real estate industry, along with excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing and prospective real estate clients.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings with the sales, management, and relevant internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their property transactions.
- Handle payment follow-ups, payment schedules, outstanding amounts,



and collection-related coordination.
- Coordinate with clients regarding booking amounts, instalments, documentation, and other transaction-related requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients before and after scheduled meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meeting updates, payments, and commitments in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve client concerns.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Track customer requests and ensure proper closure within defined timelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding pending documentation and payments.
- Prepare and maintain CRM reports related to client meetings, collections, pending payments, and customer queries.
