Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to manage end-to-end billing, revenue recognition, and collections activities. The role will support accurate financial reporting, timely invoicing, and efficient cash flow management while collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on contracts, pricing, and delivery milestones. Manage revenue recognition in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Oversee the unbilled process, ensuring all delivered services or goods are invoiced promptly and unbilled balances are reviewed regularly. Support the sales order process, including validation of sales orders, pricing, tax details, and billing terms before invoicing. Monitor accounts receivable aging and perform collections activities, including customer follow-ups, dispute resolution, and payment tracking. Reconcile accounts receivable balances and investigate variances or discrepancies.



Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate customer data. Prepare periodic AR reports, dashboards, and supporting schedules for management review. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or revenue accounting roles. Robust understanding of invoice creation, revenue recognition, and collections processes. Experience working with ERP systems. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
