The Belgian Fries Co. is a QSR brand with 60+ outlets across India — company-owned stores, cinema counters, JV and franchise locations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices and run monthly payment cycles
- Reconcile vendor ledgers and maintain the vendor advance register
- Monthly GSTR-2B reconciliation against purchase register; follow up with vendors on mismatches
- Manage vendor master data and onboarding documents

Payroll
- Process monthly payroll for all outlets and head office, including full and final settlements
- Deposit PF, ESI, Skilled Tax and LWF on time, every month
- File ECR, ESIC and PT returns
- Handle salary TDS,



Form 16 and investment proofs
- Resolve employee payroll queries

Support
- Prepare AP and payroll schedules for monthly close and audit

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–12 years in accounts payable and payroll
- Multi-location retail, F&B; or hospitality background preferred
- Hands-on Tally Prime and strong Excel (will be tested)
- Cost Center Wise Accounting
- Solid working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT and salary TDS
- A clean track record on statutory due dates

This is a hands-on execution role reporting to the Finance Manager.

Must have experience in handling ledgers, GRN, payments of over 100 vendors at a time
