Role Description
The Legal Advocate at Pink Farms is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The role involves providing legal advice on farmland development projects, real estate transactions, and agricultural initiatives, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Daily responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements with landowners,



partners, and vendors, as well as managing legal affairs related to property acquisition and development. The Legal Advocate will coordinate with internal teams to assess legal risks, prepare documentation, and support dispute resolution when needed. This role also requires maintaining organized legal records, staying updated on relevant legal changes, and representing the company in interactions with regulatory bodies and external counsel.

Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Law and Legal Affairs, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Experience providing Legal Advice on property, real estate, or agricultural projects, with sound judgment in risk assessment.
- Proficiency in drafting and managing Contractual Agreements, including MoUs, purchase agreements, and service contracts.
- Demonstrated Negotiation skills for handling land deals
