Position: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance & payroll coordination, policy implementation, and performance management.

✅ Key Responsibilities1) Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters & joining formalities

2) Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Conduct employee induction & orientation
- Maintain employee records (KYC, documents, contracts)
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines

3) Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance, shift timings, and leave records
- Coordinate with Accounts/Payroll team for monthly salary processing
- Resolve salary discrepancies,



overtime, deductions, and approvals

4) HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and update HR policies (leave, WFH, notice period, discipline)
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (as applicable)
- Handle employee exits, resignations, and full & final settlement

5) Performance & Employee Engagement
- Support performance review process and appraisals
- Employee engagement activities (events, celebrations, feedback forms)
- Handle grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture

6) Discipline & Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns professionally
- Manage warnings, misconduct cases, and termination process (if required)
- Maintain communication between management and employees
