Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and performance of the café. The role involves leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining coffee, food and hygiene standards, managing inventory and costs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth and efficient café operations.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in café or restaurant operations, with a strong understanding of coffee, customer service, team management and store operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Manage daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, fully prepared and operational before service.
- Monitor POS operations, cash handling and daily sales.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the bar, kitchen and service team.




- Ensure all Company SOPs and operational standards are followed.

Team Management
- Supervise, guide and coordinate the café team.
- Manage attendance, grooming, discipline and staff performance.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules and shifts.
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide regular feedback.
- Train employees on service, coffee, product knowledge and SOPs.
- Maintain a professional, positive and disciplined work environment.

Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver an excellent and consistent customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales through product recommendations and effective upselling.
- Ensure staff have strong knowledge of the café's coffee, food and beverage offerings.

Coffee & Product Standards
- Have valuable practical knowledge of coffee preparation and café beverages.
- Understand espresso preparation, milk steaming, lat
