The Production Head will be responsible for managing the complete wooden doors manufacturing operation, including production planning, manpower control, quality assurance, machine utilization, and dispatch readiness. The role requires strong leadership to ensure daily targets, on-time delivery, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer orders, optimize throughput and minimize lead times.
- Control quality at every stage, from raw material to finished product
- Solid knowledge of door production processes, joinery, finishing, hardware fitting and factory machinery (panel saws, edgebanders, CNC, spray booths).
- Ensure proper safety practices, discipline, and compliance in the plant.
- 10 to 15 years in solid door manufacturing or woodworking, with progressive responsibility and at least 5+ years in supervisory/management roles.
