Job description:
- Setting up and adjusting filling machines according to batch requirements
- Setting up labeling machines and ensuring accurate label placement
- Machine changeover for different bottle/jar sizes
- Adjusting filling volume, speed, conveyor settings, sensors, etc.
- Troubleshooting minor machine-related issues
- Ensuring machines are cleaned and ready before production
- Coordinating with Production and Maintenance teams
- Conducting basic preventive maintenance
- Ensuring minimal machine downtime
- Maintaining machine-setting and production records
- Working in production if no machine setup work is required
