We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Consultant with 6-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud (OIC/ICM) solutions to manage commission, incentive, and sales performance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud solutions.
- Design and maintain compensation plans, quotas, earnings, credits, and commission calculations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure compensation rules, rate tables, and payout structures.
- Work with business teams to support sales compensation and incentive programs.
- Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Perform data migration and data loading activities.
Required Skills
- 6-10 years of Oracle Fusion experience with solid expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud.
- Experience in Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM).
- Hands-on experience configuring compensation plans, quotas, credits, and earnings.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools.
- Experience with HDL/FBDI data conversion and migration.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion security and integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
