I. Introduction

Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CInI) is a resource organization committed to improving the overall quality of life in rural and tribal regions across the Central India belt, spanning the states of Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. Established in 2007 as an associate organization of Tata Trusts, CInI has pioneered several scalable and impactful programs across key thematic areasLivelihoods, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WaSH), Education, Sports, Primary Healthcare & Nutrition. Our initiatives are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 and have been recognised on national and international platforms.

CInI anchors its work in community institutions, womens collectives, and frontline workers. In partnership with CSOs and State Governments, we leverage technology, and robust processes to deliver sustainable, scalable impactpowered by 300+ development professionals across implementation geographies.

II. Job Purpose





The Executive HR will support the effective implementation of HR processes and policies across the organization. The role will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records in alignment with organizational values, policies, and program requirements.

III. Key Accountabilities

The following is the overall job description of the Executive-HR
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Manage entire employee life cycle including pre-onboarding and joining process through HRMS.
- Ability to track and maintain reports and provide statistics on the recruitment, onboarding, offboarding / attrition data, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation including the employee personnel files and vendor files.
- Manage attendance and leave processes for all the types of engagement.
- Support employee engagement, welfare, and HR
