Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls, to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO or similar industry (voice process).
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil language is mandatory.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
- Good communication in English will be an added advantage.
