* **Position:** Senior Salesforce Developer

* **Experience Required:** 6 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

* **Design & Develop:** Build, test, and deploy high-quality, customized Salesforce solutions using **Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components)**, and other core Salesforce technologies.

* **Architecture & Integration:** Develop and maintain robust integration solutions connecting Salesforce with external systems using APIs (**REST, SOAP, OAuth**).

* **Collaboration:** Partner with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.

* **Leadership & Mentorship:** Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices,



and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

* **Maintenance & Deployment:** Manage release deployments, troubleshoot complex bugs, and maintain existing Salesforce applications.

* **Continuous Improvement:** Stay ahead of Salesforce release updates and proactively recommend system enhancements.

Candidate Qualifications

* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

* **Core Experience:** 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).

* **Integrations:** Solid hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and OAuth integrations.

* **Web Tech & Tools:** Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JIRA, and Confluence.

* **Process:** Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* **Skills:** Solid analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
