About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant (FOS) to help acquire, onboard, and support sellers on our e-commerce platform.

In this role, you will work closely with local retailers and sellers, understand their business needs, introduce relevant online services, support product listing and integration, and help sellers become self-reliant through basic training.





The ideal candidate is results-oriented, customer-focused, analytical, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced workplace. The role involves regular travel to retailer locations within Surat.

You will report to the City Manager and work under the guidance and direction of the Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand the products and services offered to online businesses and effectively communicate their features and benefits to sellers.
- Identify and define target seller segments and industry verticals using local market knowledge.
- Identify high-potential sellers and retailers suitable for online services.
- Acquire new retailers and build strong, long-term business relationships.
