JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branding Head to lead the overall brand strategy, positioning, communication, and visibility of the company in the building materials industry.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated branding strategies across traditional and digital channels, strengthening brand equity, driving product awareness, supporting business growth, and ensuring consistent brand communication across markets.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in building materials, construction products, cement, fibre cement boards, roofing, plywood, laminates, tiles, sanitaryware, paints, steel, pipes, adhesives or other construction-related products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement the company's overall brand strategy in line with business objectives.
- Define brand positioning, brand proposition, architecture and differentiation.




- Strengthen brand recall and market visibility across target markets.
- Develop long-term brand-building strategies for existing and new products.
- Conduct market and consumer research to understand customer needs and changing trends.

2. Marketing Communication
- Lead development of integrated marketing communication campaigns across:
- TV / Print / Outdoor
- Digital and Social Media
- Trade Marketing
- Dealer and Distributor Communication
- Events and Exhibitions
- Architect / Engineer / Contractor engagement
- Develop creative briefs, campaign concepts and communication strategies.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Manage agencies, creative partners, media agencies and digital marketing partners.

3. Building Materials Market Development
- Develop branding initiatives specifically for dealers, distributors, architects, engineers, contractors, builders, fabricators, interior designers and
