Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Domestic as well as International Google Ads campaigns. The candidate should have strong knowledge of performance marketing, campaign optimization, lead generation, conversion tracking, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for Domestic & International markets.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and overall ROI.
- Manage and monitor daily/monthly advertising budgets.
- Create and test ad copies, landing pages, keywords, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.




- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Work with the content/design/sales teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, features, and industry trends.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience handling both International and Domestic campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
- Valuable knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
