Role & responsibilities
- Edit high-quality Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media videos.
- Create engaging video content for doctors, hospitals, brands and other clients.
- Take ownership of videos from raw footage to final delivery.
- Develop strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, animations and visual storytelling.
- Create motion graphics and text animations using After Effects.
- Perform basic color correction, color grading and audio enhancement.
- Understand creative briefs and independently translate them into solid video edits.
- Suggest creative improvements and new editing styles where required.
- Work closely with the content and digital marketing team.
- Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Explore and implement new editing techniques, AI tools and emerging video trends.
- Maintain organized project files and editing assets.
- Mentor or support junior editors when required.

Preferred candidate profile




- 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos.
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, typography and visual composition.
- Knowledge of color correction/grading and audio editing.
- Experience working with multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
- Ability to independently understand a brief and deliver a finished video.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling feedback and multiple revisions.
- Willingness to experiment with AI tools and new video production technologies.
- Good time management and ability to work under deadlines.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
- Strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
