About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven
Group Manager -
Data Analytics
to lead social media analytics, reporting, and audience intelligence across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in media, marketing, advertising, entertainment, or digital industries and possess solid expertise in social listening, data analysis, and performance reporting.

This role requires translating complex data into actionable business insights, enabling informed marketing decisions, and driving continuous optimization of social media performance.

Key Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing analytics, marketing intelligence, or a related role within media, advertising, marketing, or entertainment industries.
- Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
Google Sheets
, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning, and large dataset management.
- Proficiency in
MS Office
and
Google Workspace
, with the ability to create insightful reports and presentations in Word, PowerPoint,



and Google Slides.
- Hands-on experience with social listening and analytics platforms such as
Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, ListenFirst, Meltwater, Social Insider, Simplify360, Konnect Insights, QuickMetrix, Frrole, Unmetric
, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, audience behaviour, and content performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
