Job Summary

We are looking for a Zoho One Configuration Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in

configuring, implementing, and managing Zoho applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of

understanding business requirements and configuring the complete Zoho One ecosystem to streamline

HR, Finance, Recruitment, Sales, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Zoho One applications based on business requirements.

Configure and manage Zoho People (HRMS), including employee management, leave, attendance,

and HR workflows.

Configure Zoho Books for finance and accounting processes.

Configure Zoho Recruit for recruitment and candidate management workflows.

Configure Zoho CRM for sales, lead, customer, and business process management.

Work with other relevant Zoho applications within the Zoho One suite.

Set up workflows, automation, forms,



approvals, roles, permissions, and dashboards.

Integrate Zoho applications to ensure smooth data flow across departments.

Identify process gaps and recommend suitable Zoho-based solutions.

Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide ongoing support.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho One configuration/implementation.

Strong knowledge of multiple Zoho applications, particularly Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho

Recruit, and Zoho CRM.

Experience in workflows, automation, integrations, permissions, and customization.

Positive understanding of business processes across HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Sales.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple configuration requirements.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Willingness to work on-site
