We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to independently handle complete accounting operations and statutory compliance for our organisation. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Indian accounting systems, taxation, GST, TDS, financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day finance operations.

The candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of handling accounts independently, and should be comfortable coordinating with management, auditors, banks, vendors, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally / ERP systems
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly
- Monitor cash flow and fund management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

GST & Taxation
- Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B Reconciliation)




- Handle GST input credit reconciliation and vendor follow-ups
- Generate e-invoices and e-way bills
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, deposits, and return filings
- Coordinate with consultants for Income Tax and statutory matters

Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with Indian statutory laws and accounting standards
- Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and banks
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, and cash flow reports
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Payroll & Administration
- Process payroll entries and salary accounting
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliances
- Vendor payment processing and expense monitoring
