BCforward Asia-Pacific Global Capabilities Center is expanding our recruitment team and looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with strong BFSI Client experience.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Mode: Onsite Only

What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong experience working on Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
- Ability to partner with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand and deliver on critical requirements.




- Robust experience recruiting for BFSI clients/domains, including Citi, Bank of America, JPMC, and similar financial services organizations.
