Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver technical training programs for customers on our products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs through solution architecting and requirement gathering.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide presales support, and assist in the development of RFP responses to drive sales growth.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional post-sales service, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.

Job Requirements :
- 3-13 years of experience in technical sales or a related field (e.g., solution consulting).
- Robust understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective presentation delivery, requirement gathering, and solution consulting.
