Job Description:
- Lead the architecture, engineering execution, and technology modernization of the organization's Digital Health Platform, driving the transformation of multiple standalone applications into a unified, scalable and reusable technology platform.
- Define and own the platform architecture, technology roadmap, architecture standards, engineering practices, and technology governance.
- Lead Tech Leads, engineering teams and technology vendors to ensure architecture integrity, engineering quality, operational excellence and predictable delivery.
- Design scalable, resilient, API-first and event-driven solutions supporting multiple digital health products and business functions.
- Drive platform consolidation, application modernization, reusable services, shared capabilities and interoperability across organization's technology ecosystem.
- Define enterprise data architecture, data models, ETL/data pipelines, data governance frameworks and scalable analytics platforms capable of handling large data volumes.




- Ensure technology solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, performance, reliability, resilience and operational excellence.
- Partner with Product, Business and Operations teams to translate organisational objectives into effective technology solutions and platform capabilities.
- Drive adoption of contemporary engineering practices, cloud optimization, automation and AI/GenAI-assisted engineering to improve technology efficiency and delivery.
- Provide technical leadership on architecture decisions, technology roadmaps, delivery progress and long-term platform strategy to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while strengthening engineering standards, technical capabilities and delivery practices.
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Social Impact, Digital Platforms or working with Indian government stakeholders will be an advantage.
