Adtruf Marketing is an AI-powered digital marketing studio based in Hyderabad, helping brands grow with data-driven strategy instead of guesswork. We're looking for a freelance Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition on a versatile, results-oriented basis.

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, self-driven freelance BDM to build and manage Adtruf's sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. This is ideal for someone who wants the autonomy of freelance work with real earning potential tied to performance, rather than a fixed 9-to-5 role.

What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries (agencies, D2C brands, cafes/restaurants, local businesses)
- Own the full sales cycle outreach, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage a pipeline using CRM/spreadsheet tracking, with regular pipeline reviews




- Represent Adtruf at industry events, expos, and networking meetups (flexible participation)
- Collaborate with the founder to tailor pitches and proposals to prospect needs
- Provide weekly/bi-weekly progress updates on leads, conversions, and revenue generated

What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of business development/sales experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or a related B2B services space
- Proven track record of closing deals independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills confident, warm, consultative (not pushy)
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight
- Existing network in Hyderabad's business community is a strong plus
- Available for a minimum weekly commitment (specify hours/days expected)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
