Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and timely Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for clients, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Manage contractor billing processes, track progress, identify potential issues, and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct rate analysis to ensure fair pricing for services rendered by contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any billing-related queries or concerns from clients.
- Ensure all billing processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements :
- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, client billing, contractor billing, and rate analysis principles.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed estimates and quotes for corporate interior projects.
- Experience in managing and analyzing data related to billing and rates.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
