About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Mining & Admin Executive who can handle data research, data collection, data management, and day-to-day administrative/operational activities.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Internet Research, MS Excel, data handling, documentation, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Data Mining & Research
- Conduct online research and collect relevant business/contact information.
- Perform data mining from websites, directories, LinkedIn, and other online sources.
- Collect, verify, clean, and maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Identify and remove duplicate or incorrect data.
- Maintain accurate databases and update records regularly.
- Prepare data reports and summaries as required.
- Support the team with market and competitor research.

Admin & Operations
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain employee/company records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for routine requirements.
- Manage and organize files, documents,



and reports.
- Prepare Excel sheets, MIS reports, and other documentation.
- Follow up on pending tasks and coordinate with concerned team members.
- Assist management/HR/operations teams with administrative work.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, Pivot Tables will be an advantage.
- Good Internet Research and data collection skills.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of data cleaning and data validation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–4 years of experience in Data Mining, Data Entry, Admin, Back Office, MIS, or Operations are preferred.
