Role Description
The AI Operations Strategist is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven processes that power PInterview’s interview preparation platform. This role focuses on translating business goals into scalable AI workflows,



including matching users with interviewers, personalizing learning content, and improving operational efficiency. Day-to-day activities include analyzing platform data, defining AI use cases, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure reliable and ethical AI operations. The AI Operations Strategist will document processes, create guidelines for AI interaction and content generation, and continuously refine operational strategies based on user feedback and business priorities. This role also partners with stakeholders to identify new opportunities where AI can enhance user experience, instructor effectiveness, and organizational decision-making.
