Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, PF, ESIC, TDS calculation, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of challans for various taxes such as PT (Provident Fund) and TDS.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave details, and other HR-related documents using Excel or similar tools.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing.

Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of Indian labor laws governing employment practices like ESIC, PF, Challan filling, TDS calculation etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
