Role Objective

Drive sales growth and market share for the assigned region by managing General Trade accounts, ensuring superior in-store execution, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering business targets across key retail chains. This is for Oil business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Delivery
- Drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Ensure growth in revenue, market share, and product penetration across GT outlets.
- Execute sales plans and ensure alignment with the company's commercial strategy.

2. Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains.
- Ensure successful product listings, planogram execution, and promotion implementation.
- Negotiate trade schemes, visibility initiatives, and display opportunities.

3. Market Execution Excellence
- Ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement across all stores.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment cycles, and sell-through performance.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards and brand visibility.





4. Team Leadership
- Manage field teams including Sales Officers, Promoters, and Merchandisers.
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and field support.
- Drive accountability for sales targets and in-store execution.

5. Business Planning & Analysis
- Track sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze sales data, category trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.

6. Promotion & Activation
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, recent product launches, and brand activations.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives at the store level.
