Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, understand their requirements, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing clients.

* Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requirements, and concerns.

* Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

* Regularly follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects and services.

* Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

* Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high customer satisfaction.

* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.





* Prepare client reports, updates, proposals, and presentations when required.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements.

* Conduct regular client follow-ups and meetings.

* Track client feedback and share insights with the management team.

* Support business development and client retention initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Client services: 1 year (Required)
