ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a
Senior Growth Manager
who thinks beyond marketing and is strongly driven by
sales, revenue, market expansion, and business growth
.

This role is for someone who can identify current revenue opportunities, build sales strategies, expand customer reach, improve conversions, and turn growth ideas into measurable business results.

You will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities, build growth plans, and take ownership of execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive
sales growth, revenue generation, and business expansion
.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and repeat business.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, partnerships, and revenue channels.
- Build and manage sales pipelines with clear targets and measurable outcomes.
- Analyse sales data, customer behaviour,



and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Improve the complete sales funnel — from lead generation to conversion and retention.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop strategies for
market expansion and new business opportunities
.
- Track key growth and sales metrics and regularly report performance to leadership.
- Identify gaps in existing sales processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and potential business opportunities.
- Take ownership of growth experiments and scale initiatives that deliver results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience
in Growth, Sales, Business Development, Revenue Growth, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of
sales strategy, business expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue generation
