Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site activities and ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and manage the workforce, ensuring adherence to project standards and safety protocols.
- Regularly update project progress to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate material supplies and track inventory specific to each site.
- Communicate with vendors to address and resolve any in office challenges.
- Oversee the installation and operational processes of ETP, STP, and WTP plants.
- Ensure compliance with project deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in supervising ETP/STP/WTP installation and operation projects.
- Ability to effectively manage and lead workers.
- Experience working on projects across multiple states in India.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project locations for extended durations.
