Role Overview

The Property Advisor will act as the primary customer-facing representative, responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing real estate transactions. This role requires solid communication skills, in-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and ensure high conversion rates.

 Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits with clients.

 Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and developers. Negotiate deals and support end-to-end sales closures.

 Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on leads, visits, and closures.

 Stay updated on pricing, offers, market trends, and inventory status.

 Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams for smooth workflows.
