Experience - 8+ Years in IT Services / IT product Organization

Location - Bangalore

Certification - PMP ( Mandatory )

Role Objective

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple data technology engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to expected quality, while maintaining client confidence, team productivity, resource efficiency and account health.

Core Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery for multiple concurrent data technology engagements across Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and related platforms

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and DatAInfa delivery standards

●




Drive rigorous project governance — weekly status reviews, risk registers, RAID logs, escalation management, and change control

●
Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery across all assigned projects

●
Manage project budgets, track utilization, and report financial performance to leadership

●
Lead project kick-off, discovery, and closure processes — including structured client feedback and CSAT.

Delivery Management & Team Leadership

●
Lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams comprising technical consultants, architects, and functional specialists

●
Allocate resources effectively across projects — balancing workload, skillsets, and availability in coordination with the Resource Management function

Mentor and develop delivery team members — building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth
